Chakra

The glandular highway/endocrine system is in control of the autonomic nervous system. These are things that run on autopilot in our body e.g metabolism, digestion, breathing etc. This is also where hormones are created and dispursed directly into the bloodstream which go off and send signals/directions to other tissues and organs. Homormones are also a key for healthy growth, development, reproduction, mood, and overal homeostasis in the system.
