Give back to nature and plant the seeds in order to reap what you sow for generations to come. This is the recipe to allow all the inhabitants of earth to live and thrive properly, how nature always intended it to be, SYMBIOTICALLY!

So lets stop just simply surviving and began thriving with use of our natural regenerative resources gifted to us by the soil and the earth! Separate from the harsh chemical dependent everyday products we are exposed to that are toxic for our health and the earth. Move more natural and sustainably by incorporating some of our organic selections into your regime to help return you and your cells back to nature Lets heal and elevate together!

At Grounded we believe we can heal collectively from the ground up; individually, as tribes, and as a species, which in turn will heal our planet and the lifeforms that call it home! This is only achievable if we can all work together and return to nature, utilizing its resources mindfully and respectfully. We ask that you stay aware of this and take steps to stay connected/in tune with the planet, which entails partaking of the plant kingdom as well as giving back to the ecosystems in nature; some beneficial steps to take include; growing your own food gardens, plants, and trees, (i.e. to support plant life, benefit your health, be self sustaining, and add oxygen to your space + the planet), prioritize protecting and conserving animal and plant life, recycle and pick up your trash, compost organics, support local and organic farmers etc.. and last but not least stop being 100% consumers and learn to produce for yourself in a sustainable way in tune with nature. Take baby steps in these directions if you don't know where to start. We have strayed far from our natural divine genius, but we promise it's possible to integrate nature back into our everyday lives. Even in todays society if we begin to relearn our ancestral ways and start giving back to the land what we take, initiating an equal exchange(symbiotic relationship), allowing the land and environment time to regenerate, taking care of the soil, and helping life grow along the way for the present + future, the impact would be huge!  We have become more mindful of the small and hard to see organisms that make up the web of life in our soils and waters as well (worms, bugs, bacteria, minerals, fungi, algae etc.). These organisms keep the soil and earth alive and in turn feed the plants which sustain the food pyramids and life on mother earth. Our planet is a strong and powerful place but it delicate all the same when misused or taken advantage of over time, which is where we are today. Thank you for visiting our website and for digesting our information that we have taken years to gather,

Peace & Love Family!

Unfortunately, we the human race are currently the most diseased and imbalanced mammals on the planet. We have mistakenly based our survival on destructive carnivorous systems, meaning our societies no longer coincide with nature. By doing this we have in turn began to bring that same disease and imbalance we have self induced, into the environment and different habitats around the world. We have changed global environments, air quality, and have cut down entire ecosystems, spilled countless gallons of oil in our oceans, dispersed microplastics to the furthest known locations, hunted lineages and colonies of animals, and endangered much life on earth including our own! In our opinion at Grounded, it is up to us to patch the holes we have dug and help replenish the land and ecosystems we have destroyed and/or taken part in (producers & consumers). Lets all try to continuously take steps to create a better environment and heal mother earth and the inhabitants that share our home. Only we can fix this and make up for our damage, being in balance with nature, no other creature could or would damage the planet, rob recourses, or endanger countless species as we have, so how can we rely on them to fix our wrongdoings.
